1.7-2.6 °L - Viking Malt - Made from high quality spring wheat. Ideal for wheat beers, ales and special lagers. Gives good flavor with low coloring values.
Typical rate of usage is around 50 % of the grist for wheat beers and appr. 20 % for the premium lagers.
We recommend using at least .5 - 1 lb of Rice Hulls if wheat comprises 20% or more of grist to prevent stuck sparge.
