Jun is a special kind of fermented tea! It's full of probiotics just like kombucha, but it is brewed with honey instead of sugar and specifically with green teas. It has a unique dry and bright flavor profile that we find lovely.

It's delicious with our Jasmine, Strawberry, or Coconut green teas and typically brews noticeably faster than kombucha.

8.8 oz live SCOBY with starter liquid for brewing up to one gallon. Shelf stable**
