The stainless steel Helix Coils is one meter long (3.3 ft.) and can be applied in multiple brewing setups. Generally, the helix is used as a replacement for a false bottom in a mash tun. Brewers also use the helix as a trub filter, similar to the bazooka screen. If your kettle has 1/2" FPT on the inside, you will need a 1/2" MPT nipple to attach the tee.
