TrueBrew™ Irish Stout

There's good reason why the emerald isle's night-black stout has become so well known. Rich in flavor, but easy on the ABV and body, Irish Stout breaks the stereotype of 'dark beer'. And whether you get it in a can, bottle or draught, it's likely a go-to beer all year long.

This traditionally formulated stout is full of complex malt flavors. It has nutty, roasted overtones, a slightly sweet finish, and a smooth, lasting mouthfeel.

Specialty Grain: Crushed 6 oz Crisp Crystal 60L Malt; 4 oz Weyermann® Roasted Barley

Fermentables: 1 × 3.3 lb can Hopped Dark Liquid Malt Extract; 2 × 1 lb Dark Dry Malt Extract

Hops & Flavorings: 1 oz East Kent Golding Hop Pellets

Yeast 11.5 g Fermentis SafAle S-04

Other 150g Priming Sugar
