Known for their low hop bitterness, pale golden color & high carbonation, Hefeweizens are a sub-category of German Wheat ales, also known as Weissbier. This recipe is our house version of this classic style and is perfect for drinking on a sunny day at the river, or while mowing the lawn. Will be slightly hazy due to the high protein content of the wheat, as well as low-flocculating yeasts.

4.2% ABV 15.44 IBU

Kit Includes: Dried Malt Extract, Hops, Yeast & Recipe Card. You will need Priming Sugar for carbonation. We recommend our 5 oz Corn Sugar.
