That new burner was appropriately named the HellFire™. Waiting for a boil is now a thing of the past.

This dual-mode, patent-pending propane burner has twice the power of our previous burner and is unlike anything else on the market. Whether you want efficiency or ultra-blazing heat, this burner is right for you. Plus, with our patent-pending heat shield, you can keep all that extra heat away from your valve and thermometer and channel it directly into your wort.

-High-efficiency mode of 80,000 BTU/hr High-power mode of 140,000 BTU/hr

-Simple operation Quiet and efficient heat transfer

-Fume-free, heavy-gauge, non-rusting stainless steel frame

-Patent-pending clip-on heat shield

-Infinitely adjustable kettle retaining bars compatible with kettles up to 19.75" in diameter

-Can accommodate kettles up to 20" Diameter or 250 lbs. (175 when using leg extensions)

-Excellent outdoor flame stability (not suitable for indoor use)
