American Oak Chips, Heavy Toast
Heavy toast American oak chips. Good for use in homebrewed beer or wine.
White wines use 1 to 1 1/2 cups, red wines use 2 to 3 cups.
For beer: Soak oak chips in bourbon, whiskey, or rum and then add right into secondary fermentation for 1 - 2 weeks (or to taste).
